CSP SCH - Semi-automatic ponderal packaging machine
Semi-automatic weighing packaging machine with mechanical or electronic scale from 100 to 2000 kg, suitable for packaging drums and IBC tanks with centred or off-centred filling hole, for liquid products such as diluents, catalysts, oils, liquid substances in general and foaming agents with:
- painted steel base
- stainless steel product dispensing nozzle with anti-drip shut-off valve activated in two stages (rough filling and topping off), easily removable for cleaning
- slide for inserting the nozzle inside the filling hole with drop collection system and suction hood
All CSP 300/1500 SCH model packaging machines can be equipped with ATEX scales, suited to environments posing a risk of explosion and/or fire, but also with mechanical scales (only for some models).
PRODUCT FEEDING
- through an electric or pneumatic pump
- by direct connection to a tank
AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES
- chain conveyors or roller conveyors for feeding pallets or containers
